What is your return policy?
Orders may be cancelled for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase. Additionally, changes to orders may be made within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours of purchase, all aspects of order (style, size, color, and fabric choice) are considered final.
Because our garments are sewn in small batches, and custom-dyed just for you when ordered, we do not offer returns. We are a small cottage-industry business and are unable to offer a return policy akin to big box stores. We know that shopping online with a company for the first time can be unpredictable so we offer size exchanges if you are first time customer (this means this is the FIRST time you have ordered with us-you may exchange the same item ordered for a different size) within 10 days of date of receipt (this is based on the date of delivery from tracking number). We ask that the item be unworn and unwashed, with the original tags attached to the garment. Items from the SALE section of the shop may not be exchanged, nor may items that have sold at a discounted price during promotional sales. To process an exchange, please e-mail us within 3 days of DATE OF DELIVERY of items and let us know what you would like to exchange at email@example.com
Place the item(s) to be exchanged along with original packaging in the original package, or packaging of your choice (make sure no other labels are on it). Package must be post-marked within 10 days of date of receipt of item. Customer is responsible for paying shipping costs and will be invoiced return shipping costs via Paypal. Ship to:
